Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Welfare Foundation (MSIWF): Research Grant 2024
The Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Welfare Foundation (MSIWF) was founded in 1975 in Japan and dedicates itself to practicable research in the areas of traffic safety and senior citizen welfare. To date, the foundation has handed out more than 2,323 awards with a combined value of JPY 2,594 million (THB 623.6 million).
The grant was made available outside of Japan for the first time in 2007. From 2008, the grant was extended to Thailand.

Eligibility:
- Thailand-based researchers and academics are invited to apply.
- Young researchers are especially welcomed to apply.
- Both individual and group proposals are acceptable.
- Members of for-profit organisations and research projects that have been completed are not eligible.
