Prof. Dr. Yong Zulina Binti Zubairi

Biography:
Prof Dr Yong Zulina Zubairi leads on the global strategy for partnerships and collaborations university wide with her current position as the Associate Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement). She works collaboratively with international partners and networks in project and initiatives to promote student mobility, STEM education & graduates, talent management and leadership in women. She too is passionate in her primary training as a statistician and has published numerous articles in her long-standing research areas in medical and circular statistics as well as supervising a number of postgraduates in the field. Prof Yong Zubairi obtained her BSc (Mathematics) from the University of Kansas, USA and her PhD from the University of Bradford, UK.
