Monthly rent (Studio 25 sq.m.)
Available in both a single bedroom and a twin bedroom.
– A contract for a 1-month to a 5-month stay: THB 15,000 (~USD490) per month
– A contract for a 6-month to a 12-month stay: THB 14,000 (~USD450) per month
Remark: one-month room deposit and one-month rental fee must be paid in advance
