[Invitation] 18th Development Dialogue Virtual Conference

We would like to invite you to attend The 18th Development Dialogue (DD) Conference organised by PhD researchers at International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), part of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), The Netherlands.

The conference will take place virtually from 17-18th October, 2022. 

The Keynote Speakers for this year’s conference are:

  • Professor. Dr. Thea Hilhorst : An expert in development in areas affected by disaster, conflict or fragility, with a special focus on aid-society relations. Professor Hilhorst is also the winner of The Spinoza Prize (2022) that is the highest award in Dutch academia.
  • Professor. Dr. Kyoko Kusakabe : An expert in Gender, Migration and Work with a special focus on Gender and Fisheries. Professor Kusakabe is also The Head of Department of Development and Sustainability, Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
