Ernst Mach-Grant – ASEA-UNINET: Postdoc Grant
The OeAD, Austria’s Agency for Education and Internationalisation, in cooperationwith ASEA-UNINET, has announced the Ernst Mach-Grant – ASEA-UNINETscholarships for 2023/2024 to support the exchange of knowledge between ASEA-UNINET member universities in Austria and South-East Asia. In this context, the Ernst Mach-Grant – ASEA-UNINET offers scholarships for postdoc research stay in Austria to researchers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Deadline: 15th March 2023
Fund: 1,250 euros per month and a travel cost subsidy of max. 1,000 euros
Duration: 3-9 months

Eligibility:
Applicant must:
- be a Postdoc who is involved in teaching and research at an ASEA-UNINET member university in the eligible countries (List of ASEA-UNINET member universities: https://asea-uninet.org/network-members/member-universities/ )
- hold the citizenship of one of the eligible countries
- be 45 years old maximum at the time of application
- not have studied/conducted research/pursued academic work in Austria in the last 6 months before taking up the grant
