A Meeting with the Representatives of Meiji University
On November 4th, 2022, President Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Voraprapa Nakavachara, Ph.D., Assistant Vice President for Global Engagement, and Dr. Seitaro Seko, Assistant to the Director of Sasin Japan Center, Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, met with the representatives of Meiji University – Prof. Kosaku Dairokuno, President, Prof. Koji Yoshimura, Dean of Meiji Professional School, and Prof. Takamasa Fujioka, Meiji Business School and Director of Sasin Japan Center, Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration.
At the meeting, both parties updated on existing collaborations between them, such as Sasin x Meiji Liaison Offices that were recently opened this year. In order for the students to have real work experience, Chula and Meiji University agreed to invite Thai and Japanese companies to involve in their collaboration. An internship program was suggested as the action plan.
Moreover, the expansion in research collaboration was discussed. Meiji University proposed Political Science and Economics as new possible fields in research collaboration. After the meeting, Meiji University’s delegates visited the Chula Museum and met with Sasin’s administrators.
