2nd AUAP-KIIT-VEX Robotic Workshop

The Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) in collaboration with Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) deemed to be University (KIIT), in Bhubaneswar, India and VEX Robotics will organize the AUAP-VEX International Robotics Workshop (Webinar)  on February 6, 2023 at 12:00 pm, Delhi time, India. The main purpose of this program is to provide a creative platform for young students, and educators to learn and hone their skills in Robotics and prepare interested teams ready to participate in the 2nd AUAP-KIIT-VEX International Robotics Competition to be hosted by Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), India.

This workshop is offered to all active AUAP members and non active members Free of Charge.

It contains 3 sessions (around 1-1.5 hrs each)for the following groups : Referee / Head Referee, Judges, and Software operators and other volunteers. The Referee/Head Referee session will introduce game rules and referee best practise. The Judges session will introduce VEX judged awards, the judging process and Judges role. The 3rd session will include software usages and other volunteers, like inspection and field reset.

The workshop will commence on 6 February 2023 at 12:00-15:00 pm., Delhi time, India, hence, please register on or before  20 January 2023.
