Chula Professors of Economics Receiving a National Research Award on the Thailand Inventors’ Day 2023

On February 4th, 2023, H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided over the National Research Award presentations on the 2023 Thailand Inventors’ day at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The event was organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). On this occasion, Associate Professor Voraprapa Nakavachara, Ph.D., Assistant Vice President for Global Engagement, and a lecturer in the Faculty of Economic, Chulalongkorn University, and her co-researcher, Associate Professor Nuarpear Lekfuangfu, Ph.D., received a National Research Award for their co-research in Economic, entitled Reshaping Thailand’s Labor Market: The Intertwined Forces of Technology Advancements and Shifting Supply Chains. The research won the award at a Good level.
