Professor Sergi Scherbov is a principle research scholar at the Population and Just Societies Program at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), and Director of the Demographic Analysis at the Wittgenstein Centre for Demography and Global Human Capital, Vienna, Austria.
