Indonesia Chemical Engineering Event (I-CHALLENGE)

Indonesia Chemical Engineering Event (I-CHALLENGE) is an annual event organized by the Chemical Engineering Student Association of Brawijaya University.

By consistently bringing opportunities to explore and learn since 2016, I-CHALLENGE has continuously strived to serve as a place that urges high-passionate challengers to ‘think beyond the ordinary’. Not only designed to gather and introduce student’s best innovation based on appointed theme, I-CHALLENGE also become a bridge to connect youth with broader knowledge exposure and to enhance capability in the pursuit of creative excellence

This year, I-CHALLENGE came in a different light. I-CHALLENGE will expand scope of its entrants over international scale. With the grand theme entitled, “Optimizing the Role of Youth Generation for Energy Transition and Creating Solution of Climate Change with Low Calamity Risk to Support the G20 Programme”, I-CHALLENGE 2023 is ready to empower young generation through various events and competition consisting of Opening Ceremony and International Seminar, Scientific Paper Competition, Business and Product Design Competition and lastly enclosed with Awarding Day.

Chula students are invited to unleash their true potential as I-CHALLENGE 2023 makes a grand return with an electrifying lineup of competitions, SPC and BPDC. This thrilling opportunity welcomes both domestic and international students who are enthusiastic about creating a tangible impact through the power of scientific writing and innovative product development. 

This year, the competition revolves around two themes:

  • BPDC: “Green Business Innovation: A Path to Achieving Net Zero Emissions in Support of the G20 Programme.”\
  • SPC: “Advancing Technology in the Energy Transition: Driving the Green Economy for the G20 Programme.”

The competition event has been opened for Batch 3 on: July, 14th – 27th 2023 (registration and submission)
