Chulalongkorn University’s Participation in the 2023 Thai Universities Promotional Seminar (TUPS) in Kunming

From June 24th – 26th, 2023, the delegation from Chulalongkorn University’s Office of International Affairs and Global Network participated in the 2023 Thai Universities Promotional Seminar (TUPS) held in Kunming, Yunnan, People’s Republic of China. The delegation included Ms. Sukalin Wanakasemsan, the Director of the Global Academic Affairs Division; Mr. Ratchapol Srihong, Academic Coordinator (Outbound Exchange); and Mr. Nattapong Preesit, International Coordinator. TUPS is an annual event jointly organized by the Yunnan Education Center for International Exchange, a provincial government organization, and the Yunnan Around Asia International Education Center, a private educational agency that recruits and trains Chinese students who will attend Thailand’s top 5 universities: Chiang Mai University, Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Mahidol University, and Thammasat University.

From June 24th – 25th, 2023, Mr. Ratchapol Srihong and Mr. Nattapong Preesit presented an introduction to Chulalongkorn University and its international undergraduate programs at one university and three high schools in the Kunming area, including Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (at the 2023 University Enrollment Promotion and Consultation Meeting), Qiuchi No. 10 Secondary School, No. 1 Secondary School, and Yunnan Foreign Language Secondary School. 

On June 26th, 2023, Ms. Sukalin Wanakasemsan gave an introduction to Chulalongkorn University and its international undergraduate programs at the main TUPS event, where there were more than one hundred thousand viewers during the entire evening event.
