[Call for Participation] India Energy Transition Summit (IETS) 2023
FICCI is organizing the 2nd edition of the India Energy Transition Summit (IETS) 2023 (two-days conference) on September 25- 26, 2023 at FICCI Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi.
As you know, Energy Transition is the most important pillar for country’s climate action. A smooth energy transition requires robust ecosystem to enable the transformation through technology readiness, capacity upgradation, climate finance, regulatory reforms, and new & innovative business models.
FICCI launched the annual India Energy Transition Summit (IETS) in 2022 to provide a platform to key stakeholders to discuss and deliberate on the energy transition pathway in the wake of India’s commitments at CoP 26 and changing global scenarios. The IETS 2022 was highly successful with participation of more than 250 stakeholders among policy makers, regulators, financial institutions, international players, thinktanks, industry etc.
The 2nd edition of the Summit will provide a platform to the policymakers and energy sector stakeholders to discuss and deliberate on India’s energy transition, exploring opportunities for business models of the future aligned to upcoming energy scenarios, sharing global experiences as well as promoting new areas of technology, innovative financing, and capacity building to aid a smooth energy transition.
The focus areas of the Summit include green hydrogen, solar & wind energy, energy storage, new and innovative technologies, international collaboration on energy, greening commercial and industrial space, financing and capacity augmentation among others.
