A Meeting between Representatives of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Chulalongkorn University

On June 24th, 2024, Chulalongkorn University administrators and faculty menbers, led by Professor Dr. Pornanong Aramwit, Acting Vice President for Research and Innovation; Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, and Associate Professor Palanee Ammaranond, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for International Affairs welcomed the representatives of the University of Wisconsin – Madison (UW-Madison), led by Professor Dr. Jennifer Mnookin, Chancellor. This visit is a part of UW-Madison’s 175th anniversary celebrations and alumni outreach in Thailand. The meeting between both universities was held at Meeting Room 203, 2nd Floor, Chamchuri 4 Building.

The purpose of the meeting was to acknowledge the new agreements signed between the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Chulalongkorn University, such as Chula-UW Law School LL.M. credit sharing program and Thai-IceCube Collaboration MOU, as well as to discuss the possibility in expanding the existing collaboration into the areas of mutual interests, especially in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability.
