Chulalongkorn University and Kyoto University Discussing Student Mobility and Cooperation

On 25th February 2025, Chulalongkorn University hosted a meeting with Kyoto University. Asst. Prof. Tewarit Sarachana, Assistant to the President, and Ms. Noppamon Chiemsuk, Head of the Strategic Operation Management Unit at the Office of International Affairs and Global Network, welcomed the Kyoto University delegation, led by Prof. Eiji Nawata, Director of the Kyoto University ASEAN Center. Ms. Kanako Miyabayashi and Mr. Takuya Sato, both Deputy Directors of the ASEAN Center, joined the meeting along with Ms. Mika Oshima from the International Student Division and Ms. Miuki Shimizu and Ms. Yuri Iida from the International Education and Student Mobility Division. The meeting took place in Meeting Room 1801, 18th Floor, Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Building.

The discussion focused on strengthening academic collaboration between the two institutions, particularly in inbound and outbound student mobility, and included an introduction to Kyoto University’s International Division team. This engagement highlights their shared commitment to fostering academic exchange and international cooperation.
