Australian Academic Institutions Visiting Chulalongkorn University
On March 13th, 2025, President Wilert Puriwat and Vice President Palanee Ammaranond, welcomed 20 delegates from Australian academic institutions, along with the representatives of the Embassies of Australia in Thailand and Vietnam. The delegation was led by Ms. Amelia Walsh, Australia’s Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner for Thailand and Laos. The event took place in Room 111 of the Maha Chulalongkorn Building.
After the meeting with the University’s administrators, the delegates visited the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Science, and the Chulalongkorn Business School to hold talks with their representatives and to explore Chula Capability Showcases, aiming to foster connections between Australian academic institutions and Chulalongkorn University as part of the guests’ “Future Skills Mission to Thailand.”
