JASTIP-Net 2021: Call for application for new collaborative researches

JASTIP-Net seeks prospective and promising partners to launch new research initiatives that expand the existing JASTIP collaborations. JASTIP-Net also acts as an incubator for developing capacities, fostering partnership, and growing new endeavors into mature research projects.

Funder: Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST)

Deadline: The first submission by 5 February 2021 and the second submission by  26 February 2021  (19:00 Japanese Standard Time)

Total fund: Maximum 5,000 USD

Themes: Environment and energy, Bioresources and biodiversity, and Disaster prevention and risk reduction

Duration: 1 year (April 2021 – March 2022)

Eligibility:         

Applicants must fall under the following categories:

  • Researchers and/or practitioners who are resident in Japan or the ASEAN Member States.
  • Researchers and/or practitioners belonging to organizations such as universities, educational/research institutions, private sectors and governmental agencies.

* Applications can be submitted by an individual or by a team of individuals.
