Virtual MoU Signing Ceremony between the Mongolian University of Life Sciences and Chulalongkorn University

On October 12, 2021, H.E. Mr. Tumur Amarsanaa, Ambassador of Mongolia to Thailand, on behalf of the President of the Mongolian University of Life Sciences (MULS), and Professor Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D., President of Chulalongkorn University, signed an agreement between Chulalongkorn University and MULS. The onsite signing ceremony was participated by the Mongolian Ambassador, who was accompanied by the delegation of the Embassy of Mongolia in Bangkok, and Chula President, together with his administrative team.  They were joined by the administrators of MULS in Mongolia and the Deans of the Faculty of Veterinary Science and the School of Agricultural Resources at Chula, who took part in the ceremony through an online platform.

This agreement will offer an excellent opportunity for Chulalongkorn University and the Mongolian University of Life Sciences to establish and promote mutual academic and research collaborations, particularly in the areas of Veterinary Science, Plants Factory and Livestock. It will, in the future, also enable both universities to expand the collaboration to broader areas, such as student and academic staff mobility, collaborative academic and research programs, or co-publication that should contribute to their achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
