Swiss Research Funding and Cooperation Opportunities for Researchers in Thailand
National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) will host a webinar entitled “Swiss Research Funding and Cooperation Opportunities for Researchers in Thailand” on 22 March 2022 from 15:00 – 16:30 hrs. (Thailand time).
This is your opportunity to learn about Swiss funding opportunities available to researchers in Thailand. This event is open to researchers from all scientific disciplines as well as research administrators and representatives from international relations offices.
In this event, you will gain the information of the following funding agencies and schemes:
- Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF):
- “SPIRIT” Program– Funding for excellent research consortia from two to four countries including Thailand
- Scientific Exchanges Funding Scheme– this supports research visits from 1-6 months, either by Swiss researchers to Thailand or by Thailand to Switzerland. The scheme also funds scientific events such as conferences or workshops.
- ETH Zurich:
- Leading House Asia offers funding instruments to researchers from all Swiss universities, universities of applied sciences, public research institutes, and universities of teacher education in all research fields.
