Congratulations to Mr. Tavechai Phosiri, a PhD Student at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, who has won the NIMS ICGP 2023

“The International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP) is a program to accept graduate students from overseas universities with which NIMS concluded an International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP) agreement. NIMS can accept doctoral students for six months to a year to carry out collaborative researches with the partner universities. Students can conduct part of their thesis work at NIMS with the co-supervision by the staff of NIMS. In March 2023, National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) announced that Mr. Tavechai Phosiri, a PhD Student at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, conducting research under the supervision of Professor Dr. Orawon Chailapakul, has been selected as one of the Award Winners of the International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP) 2023 organized by NIMS, Japan.

Mr. Phosiri will conduct a collaborative research project entitled “Development of electrochemical method for determination of cannabinoids in cannabis” under the host supervisor, Professor Genki Yoshikawa, at NIMS.
