University Scholars Leadership Symposium (USLS) 2023
Calling all leaders who are passionate about social change!
Humanitarian Affairs Asia is inviting outstanding students from Chulalongkorn University to participate in the 11th University Scholars Leadership Symposium (USLS) 2023, to be held at the United Nations Conference Center (UNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand – August 1 to 4, 2023. This program is ideal for aspiring leaders aged 18 and above who are passionate about social change. The program accepts students from any degree or study course.
At the USLS, students will:
- Address humanitarian issues such as climate change, poverty, and inequality.
- Learn from inspirational leaders and humanitarian heroes, which give them the tools and empowerment to initiate your own socially meaningful projects.
- Attend workshops run by the UN agencies.
- Network with other like-minded people from all over the world.
- Advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals by engaging in hands-on activities on Kindness Day. This includes taking care of rescued elephants, planting trees, cleaning rivers, building fish habitats and touching the lives of children at Bangkok’s largest slum.
- Upon returning from the USLS, they will become part of a global community of social changemakers.
Special Subsidised Registration Fee
Please note that a discounted registration fee will be offered for the first 50 Thai students to secure their place in the program.
Without hotel accommodations – THB 25,000
With hotel accommodations – THB 38,000
This subsidized fee is limited to 10 students per university.
