[Call for Application!] The AUA Staff Exchange Program 2023-2024
The AUA Staff Exchange Program is a collaborative platform between 15 AUA Universities members, organized with the purpose of creating an opportunity for non-academic staff to visit other university’s home office, have a better understanding of the programs, operations and management of other universities through job shadowing session.
The applications are closed.
Exchange period: October 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 with supporting fund from AUA 1,500 USD!
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be employed as a full-time staff at Chula at least one year (as of July 31, 2023).
- Applicant must have never been participated in the AUA Staff Exchange Program before.
- Applicant shall have a detail visit plan and have been approved by their employer.
- Applicant must submit all of required documents as of below:

Tentative Schedule:
- Application submission deadline: August 14, 2023
- Shortlist candidates announcement: August 16, 2023
- Interview date: August 17, 2023 at 01:00 – 03:00 PM
- Please merge all documents into one single PDF file and submit to globalacademic.oia@chula.ac.th. The file size should not be more than 2MB.
Please submit your Application Form and CV to globalacademic.oia@chula.ac.th. The OIA will directly contact your desired Host Office at Chula for the acceptance letter and will get back to you soon.

*If applicants fail to submit all of required documents, the OIA will refrain from considering your application form without notifying.
