[Call for Participation] The 8th International Conference Lifelong Learning for All 2023

In recent years, introduced by UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (2021), paralleling the wide acceptance of the concept of lifelong learning as a guiding principle for education development and reform, some more pragmatic and operational approaches had been adopted to implement lifelong learning and an example of these approaches was the building of a ‘learning community’, ‘learning city’ or ‘learning region’.
