ELIGIBILITY

  • Be a citizen of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam.
  • Be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled at a partner university.
  • Be in the penultimate year of your undergraduate studies.
  • Possess outstanding high school / pre-university qualification(s).
  • Be proficient in English.
  • Be nominated by your home university.

HOW TO APPLY?

For DiscoverNUS, please contact the office responsible for international relations/study at your university to indicate your interest. That office is responsible for nominating students for DiscoverNUS, and will have more information, including deadlines.

You will need to submit your resume, which shouldinclude:

  • Education history (name of high school and GPA, aswell as current university GPA)
  • Work, leadership, and volunteer experience
  • Extracurricular activities (e.g. clubs, sports, etc.)
  • Academic awards or scholarships from high schooland/or university
  • Demonstration of English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS)
  • Additional useful information, if available, (e.g. languages, special talents or interests)

DiscoverNUS participants are automatically eligible for an NUS ASEAN Master’s Scholarship.
