| Fees for Participants from AUA Universities | Registration fee is waived for participants from AUA member universities. Those selected presenters from the AUA member universities will be provided with airfare and accommodation as well (up to 1 presenter per AUA university). |

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
Submissions from both AUA and non-AUA member institutions are welcome, on any aspect of design and related fields. The organizers would particularly welcome papers reporting research or case studies under the theme “Design for Society.” Manuscripts from selected presentations will be invited for submission to peer-reviewed academic journals affiliated with the conference. The Scientific Committee, led by the Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University, will be responsible for selecting the submissions.

- The paper abstract can be submitted online via link by February 29, 2024. <https://aua2024.meeting.in.th/submission-review-system/>
- Each presentation should be approximately 15 minutes and will be followed by a seminar-style discussion to provide constructive feedback to the authors. The presentation will be conducted in English.
- Each submission should include the information below:
- Research title
- Abstract (500 words) must be submitted in English and should include background, data and methodology, potential contributions, and keywords (no more than 5).
- Authors’ information, presenter’s information
- Presentation type (oral presentation in one of the sessions or poster presentation)
