Call for Applications – TF-NUS LEaRN 2024 Scholarship

Looking for a summer programme that gives insight into leadership, takes you overseas, and connects you with like-minded peers in Southeast Asia (SEA)? Then, the Temasek Foundation – National University of Singapore Leadership Enrichment and Regional Networking (TF-NUS LEaRN) programme is for you!
Join us in Singapore, where together with 30 other students from Singapore, you will meet leaders from different sectors of society, reflect on your own leadership experience, and share insights with your peers. You will also learn about the Futures Thinking framework and develop innovative and imaginative solutions to future challenges.
Fees for the programme (including accommodation), worth $5,000, are fully sponsored by Temasek Foundation. Upon completion, you will also receive $1,500 to subsidise the cost of travelling and personal expenses for this programme.
Two successful candidates from Chulalongkorn University shall receive this support.
Eligibility Criteria for TF-NUS LEaRN 2024 Scholarship
- Applicants should have an interest to know more about member countries of ASEAN and Singapore’s role as a gateway to ASEAN and are keen to pursue a multi-location short-term programme with NUS.
- Applicants must be full-time, matriculated undergraduate students in one of NUS exchange partner institutions.
- Applicants must have completed at least two (2) semesters of study at home university, with proof of academic results.
- Applicants should possess the following:
- An excellent academic record by providing current transcript,
- A very good command of the English Language (see “English Proficiency Requirement”),
- Hold leadership positions in any of the university student activity clubs and/or involved in community service,
- A Recommendation Letter from a faculty of their home institution and
- An up-to-date Curriculum Vitae of the individual’s accomplishments.
Supporting Documents
- Scanned copy of the latest official transcript in English, reflecting all courses taken in PDF format.
- Scanned copy of passport information page. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the commencement of the second segment of the programme in Vietnam.
- Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae in PDF format.
- Proof of English proficiency and/or letter from home institution certifying applicant’s proficiency in English.

The potential candidates will be interviewed by the committee on March 28th, 2024 via Zoom Online Meeting.
