- Currently enrolled in a university/college during the entire program period
- Submit all required documents by the due date

Accommodations
Students will have options.
- Stay at the designated hotel (single room/details will be below), or
- Arrange your own accommodation in a single room to ensure a conducive study environment
Conditions for own arrangement participants
- Within Kyoto city and easy to commute to Ritsumeikan within approx. 30 min by city bus.
- Commuting by bicycle is not allowed. Classes start at 9:00 am.
- Please stay in the same facility during the entire program period.
- In order to receive the notification of acceptance, inform the name, address and contact info of your lodging to Ritsumeikan University.
Designated hotel for RWJP and Express＞ NOT included in the program fee.
