Call for 2025 Program Core Partners Inspiring and Empowering the next generation of Global Citizens
APRU SDG Education for Global Citizenship In partnership with the UN
Why Join?
- Co-design the program and foster new collaborations with all involved stakeholders
- Nominate between 5-10 students from your university
- Your highly motivated students will be exposed to rich experiential onsite programs either in Thailand or Malaysia
- Be closely engaged in the UN partnership and have opportunities to be part of UN formal sessions
- Faculty development and staff capacity building
- Your commitment to SDGs and global citizenship education will be widely promoted
Eligibility
- APRU member university
- Able to sponsor your own students for 1-week onsite activities in Thailand or Malaysia (travel and accommodation costs)
- Able to provide at least one lead mentor for social innovation project mentorship for student teamwork (teams of 5-8 students)
About the 2025 Program
- Theme: Diversity and Inclusivity
- Hybrid (Online from June–August 2025, with 1-week onsite program in mid-July 2025 in Thailand/Malasia)
- Onsite program: To be hosted by Chulalongkorn University and Universiti Malaya
- No program fees
