Call for applications for the ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship 2025 is now officially open. This prestigious scholarship is designed to support outstanding and deserving ASEAN nationals in pursuing their undergraduate studies at a leading university outside their home country but within the ASEAN region and these universities must be listed under the ASEAN University Network core or associate members.

About the ASEAN-Maybank Scholarship Programme
This fully funded scholarship aims to empower young talent while fostering stronger intra-ASEAN integration. A partnership between Maybank Foundation and the ASEAN Secretariat, the programme aligns with the mission to “promote an innovative ASEAN approach to higher education,” a strategic measure outlined in the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint 2025.

Who Can Apply?

  • First-year undergraduate ASEAN students currently enrolled in the university, OR
  • ASEAN Students holding an offer letter to commence undergraduate studies at the institution.
