Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) invites students and faculty from AUA member universities to join the 21st E-Summit (Global Entrepreneurship Conclave), one of Asia’s largest entrepreneurial gatherings.

Dates: 8–12 December 2025

Theme: Deciphering the Labyrinth

This 5-day event offers an immersive experience into India’s startup and academic innovation ecosystem. Participation is free for Chulalongkorn University. IIT Bombay will provide local transportation, meals, and accommodation for participants.

The 21st E-Summit is widely recognized as one of Asia’s largest entrepreneurial gatherings, and the GEC is designed to provide a deep, 5-day immersion into the heart of the Indian startup and academic innovation ecosystem.

Why the Global Entrepreneurship Conclave?

The GEC is a fully structured, intensive program aimed at fostering international collaboration and knowledge exchange, scheduled from Friday, December 8th to Tuesday, December 12th, 2024.

Key Highlights of the 5-Day Program:

  1. Faculty-Led Bootcamps (Dec 8–9): Intensive workshops by DSSE faculties, Prof. Ramesh Kuruva and Sankalp Pratap, covering University-Based Entrepreneurship Ecosystems and Design Thinking for Startup Ideation.
  2. Mumbai Ecosystem Tour (Dec 10): A full-day field trip providing delegates with firsthand exposure to the dynamic Indian startup landscape, including visits to a high-growth startup office and leading VC/Incubator hubs.
  3. Global E-Cell Conference (Dec 11): A closed-room session where delegates will formally present and exchange best practices regarding their own university’s entrepreneurship ecosystem with representatives from IIT Bombay and other international partners.
  4. Networking Immersion (Dec 11–12): A full-day, guided immersion into the main E-Summit activities, including Startup Expo, The Ten Minute Million, Highlight Speaker Sessions etc.

Sponsorship and Logistics

In the spirit of our partnership and to maximize participation, IIT Bombay will cover all local expenses for the officially nominated delegates. This includes:

  • Accommodation throughout the 5-day program (Dec 8–12).
  • All Meals and Local Transportation for scheduled GEC activities.
  • Full Access to all GEC and 21st E-Summit events.
