Call for Application: The AYLEP 2026 Winter Term 

Overview:

Asian Youth Leaders Elite Program (AYLEP) is a window for youth to explore the world, a bridge for youth to connect with one another, and a platform for youth to gain fulfilling and amazing experiences from Asia to worldwide. Over the past 18 years, AYLEP has benefited 23079 participants from 85 countries.

This prestigious initiative is designed to empower and inspire the next generation of global leaders. The program focuses on immersive learning, collaborative projects, cross-cultural exchange, global perspectives, and personal growth, standing as a beacon of excellence in youth leadership development.

Program Calendar:

Colombo, Sri Lanka (25-29 January)
Dubai, UAE (8-12 February)
Baku, Azerbaijan (15-19 February)

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be students, teachers, faculty members, or staff from high schools, colleges, or universities.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old during AYLEP.
  • Applicants must be in good health and physically capable of participating in lessons and activities.
  • Applicants must be comfortable learning and working in an international environment.

Procedure

  • Submit Online Application OR send the Application Form to admissions@aylep.com
  • Pay the Application Fee​​
  • Receive the Letter of Admission
  • Pay the Program Fee
  • Apply for a Visa (If applicable) and purchase Travel Insurance & Air Tickets
  • Receive the Handbook and embark on the journey

1st September to 1st December

  • Application Fee: USD 100
  • Program Fee (with Scholarship): USD 880
  • Program Fee: USD 1880
