Inclusive Campus Vision Board Competition 2025
On behalf of the International Disability Inclusion Symposium (IDIS) and the ASEAN University Network – Disability and Public Policy Network (AUN-DPPnet), this announcement introduces the Inclusive Campus Vision Board Competition 2025, held in conjunction with the International Disability Inclusion Symposium (IDIS), taking place online on 12–13 December 2025.
This competition invites students, staff, and faculty to showcase creative ideas and strategies that foster an inclusive university environment for persons with disabilities at the Higher Education level. The goal is to envision a campus where “no one is left behind”.
What to Include in the Vision Board
- Key strategies to promote inclusion and accessibility on campus
- Practical solutions and action plans for implementing inclusivity
- Focus areas including policy and governance, teaching and learning, campus accessibility features, facilities, and support systems
- Roles of different stakeholders in achieving an inclusive campus community
- Resources needed and potential challenges in implementation
- Projected outcomes and long-term impact on equal access, participation, and opportunities for all
