Chulalongkorn University Welcomes Finland’s Minister of Education for Keynote on“The School of the Future and Its Success Factors”
Chulalongkorn University, led by President Wilert Puriwat, together with the Faculty of Education and the Office of International Affairs and Global Network, hosted a special keynote session on “The School of the Future and Its Success Factors” on 25 November 2025 at the Poonsup Noppawong Na Ayudhya Conference Room. President Wilert delivered the opening remarks alongside university executives: Associate Professor Dr. Sukanya Sompiboon, Vice President; Associate Professor Dr. Yotsawee Saifah, Dean of the Faculty of Education; and Associate Professor Dr. Witaya Wannasuphoprasit, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.

Chulalongkorn University was honored to welcome H.E. Kristiina Kuvaja-Xanthopoulos, Ambassador of Finland to Thailand, and the delegation from the Embassy of Finland accompanying Mr. Anders Adlercreutz, Minister of Education of Finland and keynote speaker. Mr. Adlercreutz shared Finland’s educational vision, highlighting equity, student well-being, teacher development, and forward-looking education policy.

The program also featured a panel discussion titled “The Future of Schooling: Shared Pathways to Success,” with contributions from Mr. Adlercreutz, Associate Professor Yotsawee Saifah, and Dr. Siripan Chumnum, President of the Bangkok Vocational Education Council, offering international perspectives on the evolving landscape of education.
