[Call for Applications] Chula Outbound Student Exchange Program (University Level), Fall Semester, Academic Year 2026

The Office of International Affairs and Global Network (OIA) will open applications for students who wish to participate in the outbound student exchange program with CU’s partner universities (university level) for the Fall Semester of Academic Year 2026 (August–December 2026). Chula students who meet the requirements below are invited to apply for the program.

Requirements:

  1. For an undergraduate student, he/she must has successfully completed at least 2 semesters at Chula for a graduate student, he/she must not be in the last year of study.
  2. Having an accumulated grade point average (GPAX) of not less than 2.75
    for undergraduate applicants, and not less than 3.00 for graduate applicants.
  3. Having sufficient knowledge of the foreign language used in conducting classes at the university of the students’ choice, such as English/Japanese or other languages, so that they will be able to understand lectures and take part in class activities.
  4. Having good behavior, responsibility and suitability to represent Chulalongkorn University overseas.
  5. The applicants must be nominated by their Faculty/School.
  6. Applicants who apply for Japanese Track, AUN-ACTS, and AIMS Scholarship will be interviewed by the committee.

In this regard, the Office of International Affairs and Global Network (OIA) would like to call for applications for the outbound student exchange program in Fall semester 2026. Interested applicants can fill out the application form and upload the required documents to our online application system via the IOA application website: www.mobility.inter.chula.ac.th/ExOutbound/ApplicationForm.aspx from Thursday, January 15th, 2026, 12.00 hrs. to Monday, February 9th, 2026, 12.00 hrs. (at noon).
