Chulalongkorn University Delegation Attends APAIE 2026 in Hong Kong
On February 24, 2026, a delegation from Chulalongkorn University, led by President Wilert Puriwat, attended the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) 2026 Conference and Exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Held from 23 to 27 February 2026 under the theme Asia-Pacific Partnerships for the Global Good, APAIE 2026 brought together higher education leaders, educators, administrators, policymakers, and industry professionals from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond to exchange perspectives and best practices in advancing global citizenship and higher education quality.
During the conference, President Wilert Puriwat participated in the President Dialogue hosted by The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the host university of APAIE 2026. The Dialogue was a closed-session discussion for university presidents, vice-chancellors, rectors, and senior leaders, fostering open exchange, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing to help shape the future direction of international higher education.
APAIE 2026 also provided opportunities for the representatives of Chulalongkorn University to engage with existing and prospective partner universities to explore academic and research collaboration. The participation of the Chulalongkorn University delegation in this event was conducted as part of the Office of International Affairs and Global Network’s international strategy.
