Chulalongkorn University Engages with Global Partners at SMU APAIE Dinner Reception

On February 24, 2025, President Wilert Puriwat attended the APAIE 2026 Dinner Reception hosted by Singapore Management University (SMU) in Hong Kong. The reception was held at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, alongside the APAIE Conference 2026.

The reception, hosted on behalf of SMU President Lily Kong, brought together university leaders and global partners to strengthen academic connections and encourage collaboration. The program included welcome remarks by President Lily Kong, followed by a presentation on SMU 2030 delivered by SMU Provost Alan Chan, and a networking dinner.

The reception reflected SMU’s role as an innovative gateway university in Asia, with a focus on fostering global partnerships, advancing knowledge creation, and preparing graduates who are globally attuned and socially conscious. President Wilert’s participation supported ongoing engagement with international partners during APAIE 2026 and reinforced Chulalongkorn University’s commitment to international academic cooperation.
