Virtual MoU Signing Ceremony between Chulalongkorn University and CECEP Talroad Technology Co., Ltd.

On November 25, 2020, Professor Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D., the President of Chulalongkorn University, and Mr.Guo Wei, the Chairman of CECEP Talroad Technology Co., Ltd., on a virtual platform, signed an agreement between Chulalongkorn University and CECEP Talroad Technology Co., Ltd.

This agreement will offer the opportunity for both parties to collaborate in many aspects; to name a few, technical exchange, student and faculty exchange and collaborative research programs. The research programs will focus on smart environmental technology, which should help to alleviate our current environmental problems. The collaboration between the two parties will also extend to promoting smart environmental innovation and technology in off-campus work units, which are agencies and industries in Thailand. 

On this special occasion, Chulalongkorn University and CECEP Talroad Technology Co., Ltd. were honoured by the presence of Ms. Chang Yumeng, Counsellor for Cultural Affairs, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Thailand and also the guests of CEPEC, Police Major General Prasopchoke Prommoon, Member of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council, Mr. Pai Buangam, Chairman Advisor of the Bangkok Smart City Subcommittee and Mr. Chinnakorn Chantra, the Project Advisor.
