ELITE-S Fellowship Programme

ELITE-S is a postdoctoral fellowship programme, funded by Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND Action, for ntersectoral training, career development and mobility. This programme aims to support experienced researchers who seek a prestigious career developing position in technology and standards development to address the European Commission’s 5 priority areas: 5G, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity and Data Technologies.

Fellows will conduct research in Ireland based at one of the following host organizations:

  • Dublin City University (DCU)
  • Trinity College Dublin (TCD)
  • University College Dublin (UCD)
  • Technological University Dublin (TUD)
  • Maynooth University (MU)
  • Munster Technological Centre (MTU)
  • Atholone Institute of Technology (AIT)

Deadline:        15 October 2021

Fund:              45,120 EUR/year

Duration:        2 years

Research Area: ICT (5G, Internet of Things, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity and Data technologies)

Eligibility:     

Applicants:

  • can be of any nationality
  • possess a doctoral degree or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience in academia or industry.
  • comply with the Mobility Rule- must not have resided or carried out their main activity in Ireland for more than 12 months in the previous 3 years.
  • must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
