DevelopMed MSCA COFUND Fellowship Programme in Precision Oncology (Call 2)
Call 2 is now open! The DevelopMed Fellowship Programme, co-financed by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie COFUND Action and led by University College Dublin, offers 12 prestigious Fellowships over two calls for outstanding postdoctoral researchers in the area of Precision Oncology. The programme aims to provide fellows with a research training experience of the highest international standards that will help them to forge careers in Precision Oncology.
Deadline: 30 November 2021
Benefit: Successful fellows will
- receive gross salaries of €45,942 p.a. for single fellows or €51,345 p.a. for fellows who qualify for family allowance. This includes a gross mobility allowance of €7,024 p.a.
- be provided access to research, training & networking budgets including consumables (€15,000 annually), computing budget (€2,160) and travel budget (€2,700).
- receive a pension from their academic host institution and will have an option to join a private health insurance group scheme.

Eligibility
Applicants:
- can be any nationality.
- possess a PhD degree, or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience, by the call deadline.
- shall not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Ireland for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to the deadline for submission date. Compulsory national service and/or short stays such as holidays are not taken into account.
* In addition, applicants may not have resided or carried out their main activity in the Republic of Ireland for more than 3 years in the 5 years immediately prior to the call deadline. - are required to submit a research project proposal in the broad area of -omics driven Precision Oncology.
