2022 AUA Academic Conference on Learning in a Post-COVID-19 Era

The 2022 AUA Academic Conference warmly invites session and paper  proposals on June 16-17,2022.  The event will offer an opportunity for those with an interest on “Learning in a Post-COVID-19 Era” to share and discuss work, in the hope of furthering dialogue in this area. 

The conference’s core topics are:

  1. Rethinking Learning in the New Normal
  2. Disruptive Technologies in Education: The Next Decade of Classroom
  3. Disaster Resilience and the Future of Education

Participants are expected to present unpublished works at the conference. The official language of the conference is English. All submissions must be submitted electronically via the Electronic Submission Form. Extended Abstracts should be 500-1,000 words and submitted in .docx and .doc format. All submissions will go through a double-blind review process carried out by the programme committee and be evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research depth, accuracy, and relevance with the theme of the conference.

Notification of acceptance or rejection is sent by email to the main contact author who is in charge of informing all her/his co-authors. If the final decision is “Accept” for the conference, authors are required to submit the full papers one month before the conference. All accepted full papers will be published and indexed in the Conference Proceedings. The Conference Proceedings shall be published electronically with an ISBN and submitted to Google Scholar for Indexing. (Selected papers will be invited for publication in journals of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University.)

Presentation Guidelines:

Presentations should generally not exceed 30 minutes in total: 25 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A. Details are available on the website. Further information about the conference will also follow in due time.
