EU Funding for Staff Exchanges and Collaboration with Europe: MSCA Staff Exchanges Call 2021

On Thursday, November 18, 2021, EURAXESS organized a talk, “EU funding for Staff Exchanges and collaboration with Europe: MSCA Staff Exchanges Call 2021”, on the webinar platform. This event aimed to provide the information about the MSCA Staff Exchanges that funds short-term international and inter-sectoral exchanges of staff members who are involved in research and innovation activities of the participating organizations. The MSCA Staff Exchange, previously known as the MSCA Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE), provide an opportunity to strengthen research networks and share knowledge between participating organizations from Europe and other countries. Thai universities and research institutes have succeeded in participating in twenty-seven MSCA RISE funded projects over the last seven years.

At the talk, the invited speakers, consisting of former and current recipients of the MSCA RISE Funds, shared and exchanged their experiences and perspectives on the contributions they received from the funding programme. One of the informative speakers was Assoc. Prof. Sorada Kanokpanont, PhD, from the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. She shared her research experience of her two funded projects, “Regenerative Medicine Innovation Crossing – Research and Innovation Staff Exchange in Regenerative Medicine (REMIX)” and “Shaping Innovative Designs for Sustainable Tissue Engineering Products (SHIFT)” at the event.
