Meeting with the Representative of the University of Trento, Italy
On December 8th, 2022, Associate Professor Dr. Natthanan Kunnamas, Director of the Centre for European Studies at Chulalongkorn University, and Mr. Vit Vacharakirin, Education Affairs Officer, and Ms. Sukalin Wanakasemsan, Director of the Division of Global Academic Affairs, Office of International Affairs and Global Network, met with the University of Trento representative – Associate Professor Dr. Arlo Poletti, Coordinator of the BA in International Studies, Department of Sociology and Social Research.
The meeting discussed a possibility to initiate a double degree program between the Faculty of Political Science at Chula and the Department of Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento. In this respect, both parties exchanged the information about their programs, and experiences in receiving inbound students.
Both sides also explored ways to strengthen the collaboration on students and staff mobility. Ms. Sukalin suggested the promotion of the faculty exchange program since the faculty can inspire their students to undertake a student exchange period at Chula or Trento.
