A brief description of the program
The program is conducted in person. Hong Kong is a vibrant hub of entrepreneurship, with a thriving startup scene and a supportive ecosystem that fosters innovation and growth. This bootcamp aims to provide a taste of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Hong Kong, by offering an immersive experience for AUA members to learn first-hand about the opportunities and challenges of starting a business in this dynamic city.

Date: July 4-10, 2023
Eligible Participants: Undergraduate and postgraduate students of AUA members
Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Improve entrepreneurship skills and knowledge of the participants, enabling them to launch a startup in Hong Kong or their home country
  • Connect the university students to the startup network stakeholders (i.e. entrepreneurs, industry experts and incubators), leading to finding the right resources in their startup journey
  • Learn how to present the startup idea including the market needs, business model and finance forecast

Fees for AUA Members: Registration fee is waived. The organizer also covers on-campus accommodation, airport transfers and main meals.
