New Southbound Connectivity Elite Development Program

The Chinese Language Training Center (CLTC), Office of International Affairs at National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), have a program, which is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, for students in Indo-Pacific.

The program aims to provide outstanding, interested students an opportunity to learn Chinese and professional knowledge in Taiwan. In this program, the students will attend Chinese and semiconductor-related courses for free at Taipei Tech, while receiving a monthly allowance of NTD 8,000.
