Franco – Thai Young Talent Research Fellowship Program 2024 – 2025
The Franco-Thai Young Talent Research Fellowship Program for 2024-2025, operated by Campus France under the coordination of the French Embassy in Thailand, is now open for applications. This program is co-funded by both Thai (NXPO – PMU-B) and French (Ambassade de France) which aims at jumpstarting the career of young researchers from Thailand and from France by giving them the opportunity to develop promising collaboration with their counterparts.

Note: Neither bench fees nor support for finding housing in France and Thailand will be provided by this program. The laboratory or the International Relations Department of the host university should be able to offer assistance on this matter.

- The project proposal in the area of Humanities, Social Sciences and Innovation is highly encouraged.
- Note concerning Thai candidates to PMU-B grant Under the program of National Postgraduate/Postdoctoral System of Thailand:
- The grant will be prioritized to the project background in these following fields: Future industry (EV, Semiconductors), Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI, Computer sc. for Personal Health, Energy, Climate change, Aviation & Logistics) Cyber Security, Earth Science & Space, Quantum Technology, High Energy Physics, Plasma & Fusion Technology, Frontier BCG (Medical, Agricultural, Future Food, Energy, Material), Social Humanity and Art (Digital Creative Content, Fashion, Film, Festival, Animation).
Eligibility:
- This program supports Thai and French post doctorates who are lecturers or researchers in public or private institutions intending to conduct a research project of two (2) to six (6) months within a laboratory or research center located in France (for Thai candidates) or in Thailand (for French Candidate).
- The Thai post doctorates must graduate in 2020 onwards and must be affiliated with an institution in Thailand while the French post doctorates must graduate in 2015 onwards and must collaborate with institutions in Thailand.
- For the candidates who are currently PhD student, they must complete their PhD by February 2025, before leaving for France or Thailand.
