The e-ASIA Joint Research Program (e-ASIA JRP) Research Cooperation in the Field of ‘Advanced Interdisciplinary Research towards Innovation’ on the Topics of ‘Greener Digital Cities’
The aim of the Joint Call is to strengthen the multilateral collaboration among researchers of the countries participating in the call and to solve issues common across the region, in the area of “Greener Digital Cities” in the field of “Advanced Interdisciplinary Research towards Innovation”.

- Thailand: National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT)
Research Areas:
Thailand: National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) will support only for the two areas of Transport and Water/ Food. The topics are as the followings;
- A Smart Commuter-Supported System using AI, AR, VR, and IoT
- A Smart Monitoring System for Large Public Infrastructure for Water and Food
Eligibility:
Applicant/ Project Consortium
- A project consortium must consist of at least three eligible research teams from at least three different participating countries with Participating Member Organizations as listed above.
- Each research team shall be led by a Principal Investigator (PI), and a consortium shall be led by a Lead Principal Investigator (Lead PI) specified among the PIs.
- All PIs must fulfil their respective domestic eligibility rules for research application.
Eligibility for Thai Applicants
- The applicants must be researchers and/or university professors/instructors who work in public/non-profit organization research institutes or universities in Thailand.
- The applicants are competent in conducting research with international partners.
