NIMS International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP) 2023
National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) launched an International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP) agreement to carry out collaborative research with overseas universities and accept graduate students from an ICGP partner university to NIMS through the program.
The ICGP for 2023 is open to accept graduate students from overseas universities which NIMS concluded the ICGP agreement with. Students can conduct part of their thesis work at NIMS with the co-supervision of NIMS researchers.

Benefits:
- Living Expense (approx.120,000 yen/m) and Accommodation fee (single bedroom) is covered by NIMS.
- No charge for the tuition fee or the use of facilities is charged by NIMS.
- The administrative procedure, including Visa and accommodation (single bedroom) arrangement in Tsukuba, shall be taken care of by NIMS.
- A round trip ticket between Thailand and Japan will be sponsored by the host organization (Faculty/College/Institute).

Eligibility: Candidate should be a full-time PhD student who belongs to an ICGP partner university. Your student registration must cover the whole duration of stay.
