MOOCS Open Course Series: “Organizational Behavior and Management”

Tunghai University, Chung Yuan Christian University, and Chinese Culture University are collaborating to launch an open courses series MOOCS, which offers free online courses on various academic topics at OpenEdu. Register is open now for the first course “Organizational Behavior and Management“, students can join anytime between September 16, 2022 and January 31, 2023. Registration is open to all students, and they can obtain a certificate after completing the course.

Here are the details of the first open course:

Course Syllabus:

  • Theme 1: Introduction
  • Theme 2: The concept of organizational behavior
  • Theme 3: Positive thinking and energy
  • Theme 4: The concept of management
  • Theme 5: The correlation between communication and leadership skills
  • Theme 6: The core value of the organization
  • Theme 7: The combination of sense and sensibility in business philosophy
  • Theme 8: Global perspective – the goal of sustainable business
