A special opportunity for 40 Chula members (students, faculty, and staff) to participate onsite in a side event of the Asia Pacific Forum On Sustainable Development titled:
Empowering the Next Generation: Advancing Well-Being in the Asia-Pacific Region. https://www.unescap.org/events/2025/apfsd12-side-events

  • Co-organized by: UNESCAP, Chulalongkorn University, and Save the Children
  • Theme: SDG 3 (Good health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)

General Participation (Students, Faculty, and Staff):

  • Up to 40 participants are invited to attend the side event onsite as general participants.
  • Interested individuals must complete the registration process no later than February 21, via https://indico.un.org/event/1014374/

Registration Steps:

  1. On the landing page, select “Registration for Side Events, Associated Events, Exhibition, and Volunteers.”
  2. Log in with your existing credentials or create a new account (Use Chula email ID only)
  3. After logging in, you will be directed to the registration page. Under “Representation Type,” select “Non ESCAP Meeting Participants.”
  4. In the “Country/Organization” field, enter Chulalongkorn University.
  5. Fill in your personal details and upload a photo.
  6. Do not fill out the Exhibition section – leave it blank.
  7. Under “Side and Associated Events,” select “Empowering the Next Generation: Advancing Well-Being in the Asia-Pacific Region (28 February).”
  8. The first 40 registered participants will receive a confirmation email from the UN email system.

Reminders:

  • Use your Chula email address only for the registration.
  • Do not forget to enter Chulalongkorn University in the “Country/Organization” section while registering to receive an e-certificate of participation.
  • Carry your Thai National ID/Passport on the day of the event to enter UNCC.
