Chula Van Service to Immigration Division 1

The Office of International Affairs and Global Network (OIA) at Chulalongkorn University (Chula) provides a full service of visa-related formalities for international students and staff, including document review, a shuttle van round trip to the Immigration Division 1 located in the B Building (Gate 1), Ratthaprasasana Phakdi Building, Government Complex ChaengWattana Road, and an officer who will accompany the registrants. Those who wish to use the shuttle van service are required to register for the service beforehand.

The document review service is provided between Monday to Wednesday from 14.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. at the OIA, 18th Floor, Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Building (Chamchuri 10 Building).

The shuttle van departs from the Chamchuri 10 Building to the Government Complex ChaengWattana Road every Thursday at 8.15 hrs. (no exception for the departure time). The rendezvous point is in front of Information Desk, 1st Floor, Chamchuri 10 Building.

Chula Shuttle Van Service Program:

8.00 hrs. – Gathering at Chamchuri 10 Building
8.15 hrs. – Departing for the Immigration Division 1
9.30 hrs. – Estimated arrival time

Important notes related to the shuttle van registration:

  1. The registrants are recommended to make an appointment with the Immigration Bureau at https://gov.immigration1.queueonline.net/appointment/ before making reservation for Chula shuttle van service.
  2. Please make sure your appointment with the Immigration Bureau aligns with our arrival time at the Government Complex (after 9.30 hrs.).
  3. Due to limited seats available, the reservation is conducted on the first come first serve basis. The walk-in may not be accepted if all the registrants show up by 8.15 hrs.
  4. The shuttle van will return to the campus after the last person, who has made an appointment on the Immigration Bureau’s website, has completed his/her formalities.
  5. The OIA reserves the right to postpone the shuttle van to next week if the number of registrants is fewer than 5 people (4 or less). It will notify any postponement or the registration confirmation to the registrants by email, no later than noon of every Wednesday before the departure date.
  6. In the case where there are more than 10 registrants, the OIA will try to find a vehicle to accommodate all the requests. However, there is no guarantee that additional vehicle will be provided.
  7. An ad hoc LINE group chat will be shared among the registrants for onsite communication in the confirmation email, to be sent by noon of every Wednesday.
  8. Registration for Chula shuttle van (round trip) is at https://calendly.com/int-off-chula/seat-reservation-for-shuttle-service. The OIA opens the registration up to one month (4 weeks) in advance.
  9. The shuttle van service may not be available, as all vans have already been booked. Please keep updated via Calendly, where we will release new slots up to one month in advance.
